Step-by-step process

You reach out

Once you send a request,
our project manager will reach
out to you to clarify all details.
We want to understand your project as clearly as possible.
For...
...we’ll ask:
- How many videos and what type (teasers, full films, etc.)
- Footage size (in hours and GB) – there is extra fee for high volume
- Number of cameras (more than 4 = complex project; drones don’t count)
- Examples of editing and color style you like
- Music preferences (specific tracks, genre, or leave it to us)
- Deadlines and urgency (rush projects have extra fees)
- Any additional requests (logos, subtitles, must-have moments, etc.)

- Total footage length (in minutes)
- Footage size (in GB) – there is extra fee for high volume
- Number of cameras
- Final video length
- How many videos you need
- Vertical, horizontal, or custom format
- Do you need subtitles for video editing for YouTube or other platforms?

We send you a custom offer
Based on your answers, you’ll receive:
- A personal quote
- A clear delivery time
- Special offer terms (if applicable)
We also create a detailed brief for your assigned editor. The more specific details you provide, the better the first version of the video will meet your expectations.

First-time with us? Here’s how payment works
For wedding couples:
50% upfront
is required before editing starts.
For videographers/studios/
photographers:
First video:
no prepayment,
no risk, and a welcome discount
Future orders:
50% prepayment
as standard

We start editing
Once everything’s confirmed, your video editing goes into production, usually within 12 hours. Turnaround time depends on project size, typically 2 to 10 days
If you’d like to receive updates on the progress, feel free to reach out anytime. Our managers will be there to support you throughout the entire process. And of course, we’ll get in touch with you if we need any additional details.
Important:
Once editing begins, we can’t change the style, video type, or pricing. Let’s fix the main points before we start, it saves time for everyone.

You review + pay
When the first version is ready, we:
- Send a preview via Frame.io (stream-only, no download)
- Send your final invoice
You can request up to 3 rounds of revisions for free. We’ll take your feedback and fine-tune the edit.

Final delivery
Once your invoice is fully paid, we:
- Remove the watermark (first video has it)
- Send downloadable files via Google Drive
- Share the project file (if requested)
