Highlights 3-15 minutes - up to 7 days

Film 20-120 min - up to 10 days

Highlights + film - up to 10-12 days

  1. For other types of wedding video or for individual wedding video packages, the terms depend on the amount of work. The approximate turnaround time is provided by the manager when agreeing on the details of the order.
  2. If the deadline needs to be shortened, then +50% is added to the specified amount for the project. The client must inform us about the urgency and deadline of the project before we start working on it.
  3. The deadline does not include the time until the prepayment for the project is made. The exception is a special offer for the first order, when we offer to make a video without prepayment.
  4. Delay on the part of the client (for example, in making prepayment, providing all the materials necessary for editing) leads to a shift in the project deadline.

II. Turnaround time for commercial and YouTube projects

Average turnaround time for commercial and YouTube projects is  (the turnaround time is estimated for 1 project only):

Horizontal videos:

Standard Package - up to 8 days

Advanced Package - up to 10 days

Fast turnaround time — completed 40% faster, extra charge +20% to the cost.

Urgent turnaround time — completed 75% faster, extra charge +35% to the cost.

The delivery time is calculated from the moment of receiving the prepayment for the project, as well as receiving all materials for editing and agreeing on the technical assignment with the client.

Exact delivery dates may vary depending on the complexity and volume of the project.

III. Wedding projects

  1. One project equals one wedding (or event).
  2. One project can include several videos as long as they relate to the same wedding and were ordered as one package at once.
  3. Special conditions and discounts can only be used one per project. They are not stackable.

IV. Special offer for first-time order of wedding videos

  1. Only companies, photographers, and videographers can use the special offer for the first order.

For questions regarding cooperation and working on the project, the company's managers are always in touch.

We can start working on the video only after receiving 50% (or 100% at the client's request) of the payment for the project. The exception is a special offer for the first order.
  2. In the process of working on the video, the client's request, terms of cooperation, agreements and price cannot be changed. For example, we will not be able to change the type and style of the video while we are working on it.
  3. Once it's ready, we send the video to the client for review via frame.io. At this stage, we also send an invoice for the remaining payment.
  4. If, after review of the video, edits are required, the client has three rounds of free edits. You can read more about the terms of working with edits below.
  5. We can send the video available for download, without a watermark, with the project files only after full payment for the project has been made.

  3. Once the prepayment has been made, our editors will begin editing the video.
  4. In the process of working on the video, the client's request, terms of cooperation, agreements and price cannot be changed. For example, we will not be able to change the type and style of the video while we are working on it.
